ITINERARY

DAY 1 - Saturday 26 May

00:30 (middle of the night) Coach passengers meet outside Croydon Park Hotel, Altyre Road Croydon, a short distance from East Croydon Station.

04:20 - Ferry crossing from Dover. Arrive Calais 06:50 (local time)

10:45 (approx.) Arrive Kyriad Hotel, 32 Avenue de la Victoire, 77100 Meaux

11:00 - OPTIONAL Brewery tour and tasting at Brasserie de Meaux, 11 rue des Buttes Blanches, 77100 Meaux Tel: 0033 6 51 38 33 01. Walkable from the hotel in Meaux with a charge of 4 euros per person

15:00 - Coach leaves hotel for Ocquerre

15:30 - Tour of Chateau de la Trousse

16:30 - Setup and 'top and tail' rehearsal

18:00 - Concert in grounds of Chateau de la Trousse

19:30 - Coach back to hotel for those who wish to get back and eat close to the hotel

20:00 - OPTIONAL  Evening meal at restaurant 'Quai des Brumes' close to the Chateau - approx. 20 euros per person. 4 quai Jacques Papin, 77440 Mary-sur-Marne.

22:00 - Travel back to hotel limited to taxis/spare seats with those travelling by car

DAY 2 - Sunday 27 May

08:30 PROMPT - Leave hotel for Disney. ALL PLAYERS must be on the coach.

09:00 - Drop off of non-players: Avenue Paul Seramy

09:05 - Arrive backstage at Disney, Pluto Gate

09:30 SOUND CHECK

11:00 - Performance on the Videopolis stage

12:00 - FREE TIME IN DISNEYLAND PARK AND/OR WALT DISNEY STUDIOS

19:00 - Coach return to hotel (first trip)

23:30 - Coach return to hotel (second trip)

DAY 3 - Monday 28 May

Morning and early afternoon free to explore Meaux.

16:00 - coach leaves for Calais

21:45 - Ferry crossing to Dover

23:30 - Arrive back in Croydon

NOTE: DRESS for the two concerts will be white tops with black trousers or skirts. (No jacket or tie for men). Shoes must be black - ALL at the request of Disney!  PLEASE BRING A MUSIC STAND AND PEGS!! (for the concert on Saturday evening)
